The New

Alrighty... what's new.... I finally found a job! I am working at Qwest, down in Idaho Falls. I work Monday through Friday 10am-7pm. Training is about 10 weeks, and this is my 3rd week. So far so good. The time flies and the weeks go by even faster! So all is well there. I get health insurance, dental and vision. I get paid very well and also get commission. So we are very happy that I finally found a job.

The next big news is that after a few months of searching, being frustrated and all we finally bought a truck!!! Yay no more car sales people. She's nice and roomy with the ability to fold down seats and extend the bed up to 10 feet!

The back seats are very roomy and comfy.....

As well are the front seats.

We've been working hard and then using the weekends to clean and play. Life is great and time is flying!

2 weddings for our friends

Holidays off

Daniel graduates December 18 !!!!

A Fun Weekend

So Saturday "I took" Daniel to Craters of the Moon. He had never been, and it is pretty fun. So we drove through Arco and stopped at Pickle's Place to have lunch. So here are some pics from the trip.









Then we went to EBR-1 on the way home. it was quite the experience, especially since Daniel knows quite a bit about this, seeing as how he works in this area. So he could explain anything i didn't understand.











Then we stopped in Idaho falls to go to the drive in... I have never been to a drive in theater so we killed some time together at a park we found..... :)





Over all it was a blast and it was great to spend time together. Hope all is well with everyone!

Reno

So this last weekend we went down to Reno to visit family for a couple days. We left Saturday, and came back Tuesday. We were sad we didn't get to stay longer, but we were glad we got to go down for even a little. The way summer started we didn't think we'd get to go this summer.

Of course we went shooting with Dad. Which was a blast. We had quite the time shooting. Right before we left we lined some shells up and shot them down.... kinda like the old western movies with the beer bottles. Daniel beat us all. He shot them all without missing one, rather quickly... then he ran out of bullets. He defiantly did much better than me. :) Though I am proud of my skills with the 22.

We also went out to dinner with the Ranallo side of the Family.

Then lucky us, It was the beginning of Hot August Nights!!! Which is pretty much teh coolest thing ever! Tons of Old cool cars to look at!

One of the days Anthony, Daniel and I drove up to Lake Tahoe and hiked to a nice little spot and swam! It was AMAZING! The lake was much warmer than usual, which was great. We swam for a while, ate lunch, and enjoyed the sun. Of course we got sunburnt, despite our sunscreen.

Hiking down there were a ton of ponderosa pines..... which i had to smell..... childhood tradition. Which look at the size of this one!!! it is HUGE!

So over all it was a great trip. We wish we could of been down there longer. We didn't get to see everyone we wanted to. :( we decided we always need to go down with our own car, so when some people don't want to go see people, we can get around and do what we want. Hopefully it's not too long before we get back down.
