We have been enjoying all of the sea food here and often go with our friend Chris, and he has been introducing us to new things. Here it is raw oysters. :) I am am willing to try almost anything once. So here it goes!

The last couple weeks

ok this is long overdue. Here are a few pictures from the last little while. Propane being a very tolerant dog, all wrapped up in our blanket.

Some times Nova wants to be in the same crate as her sister..... and then we can't get either out, so they get to be there together.

So it has been a while and I thought I'd try to catch everyone up on what's been going on. So we drove Daniel up to Maryland (MD), and got him settled. I spent the week looking for a house (with out success  and figuring out the house in TX.

I then flew back to TX and have been painting, hanging blinds, packing, packing, packing, changing electrical plugs, going to Lowe's a ton, and various other house hold things. Today before conference a group of Ward members came and helped me, we got a lot done. :)

After much deliberation, weighing of to do's and such, we have decided to be all ready and move up Sat, Oct  13! We then have a renter for the house, who will then move in after the carpet is installed.

Unfortunately despite both of our efforts we still do not have a house to rent. If we cannot find anything, we will stay where Daniel is now and then move once we find a rental.

Daniel had the privilege to go to Connecticut for a week to collaborate on a program with some of his co-workers and Scientech. As it looks now, he is going back in November as well. I think that is a good sign.

So the to do list is shorter, and I'm pretty much all packed (I guess... tools, and odds and ends). So we are getting closer and things are going well.

The Dogs are missing Daniel. Propane is a Daddy's girl. She knows when Daniel use to get home from work, and as always still looks out the window to wait for him to come home, but he doesn't so she just whines and whines and whines. Plus she is a cuddly dog to begin with, but she is even more so. I never thought that was possible, but it is. ANY time I sit down she has to be sitting with me or laying half on me. She sleeps curled up absolutely as close to me as she can get and you can tell she misses Daniel. She doesn't understand the concept of the video chats, and looks at Daniel then to the window. :(

Nova is ok. She almost is always in the same room as me, either sleeping, laying watching me or barking at me to play with her when I'm not playing with her. :)  If i say daddy at all both girls run to the window or door and expect to see him. I'm so glad he will be back soon and they can be with him.
