So when Daniel sits at the computer working, propane will climb up on me, I'm usually sitting on the green chair next to Daniel, she will stretch to get her front paws on Daniel's chair then get low and pull her back legs up. She usually then gives Daniel hugs, like below. :) It's so stinkin' cute.

So in the mornings I let propane go out to potty and play around. Then I let her in when she is done to eat breakfast. Well sometimes when I look out to check on her I see this....... :)

No News is Good News!

So here we go. Lots of new news. First off, our big news is that Daniel got accepted to The University of Texas San Antonio (UTSA) for his Masters! We are very excited. He starts class Aug 24. So we are on our way to his PhD!

Next the other day our friend Q, (well his name is Micheal, but his nickname is Q) came over with his dog Matilda for some dinner and play time. Below is Q attacking Propane and holding her upside down.

So The other day we discovered by word of mouthy the best place ever! Central Market, it's like an outside market place, but inside! ;) they have fresh breads, and imported cheeses from all over the world, and just about anything you want. Good fresh fish and such. It was heaven! We got the bread from the picture there, it's buttermilk sourdough. We also got sushi fish and imported balsamic vinegar, and some amazing cheese, chiopolte cheddar cheese.

So our bread inspired bread bowls with broccoli cheese, but we used our chipolte cheese. MMMmm was it good!

so.. I think that's it. We are enjoying the area and still exploring. We are working on the yard little by little... Most of the time it is too hot to work outside, much less walk from the door across the street to pick up mail and back. So life is great and we are alive and well.

what's new

Well I have no idea what the blog did to this post, But oh well. So here are some of the things we have been up to.

This is my avocado plant! I am so excited that it is still alive. And this is my second skirt I made.So after I re-potted my plant, propane thankfully could care less about the plant, but she loved to stick her nose in the dirt and would try to dig in it. hahaha it is now where she can't reach it.

then following, Propane LOVES the toilet. she is very fascinated about the water when you flush. lol she will stick her head there and watch and love it!

next is the San Jose mission. It is our favorite so far.













we were having fun throwing the ball and taking pictures of her catching them. :) we are such boring parents


So we went to Dave and Buster's. it is .. umm a arcade place for adults, and kids really. but we went and it was TONS of fun. Daniel went with his team from work, and so we went. we played skeet ball and racing games, and the claw game, that no one ever lets their kids play cuse you can't win.... ahahaha well Daniel and I rocked at being kids. we won this red monkey from the claw game, one try.
and this big frog.. :) which was harder, only 3 tries though... should have been two.. but he is from "shrek 3". i took the crown off though, i didn't like it. But propane did.....

well she liked it in her mouth, not on her head.


We also won a watch from the claw game, but it looked much better than it is, kinda cheap, but looks good. we also won enough tickets from skeet ball to get a shot glass for our collection. (haha no we don't use them.. well for soda sometimes. lol we thought it would be fun to collect them from everywhere we go, just to throw people off. kinda be different. )

but it was tons of fun and a great way to be a kid again. we also did some racing games, I did ok at the nascar one, but the others Daniel schooled me. haha go figure. :)but it was fun. and we got a lot of stuff!
