SO here are some pictures of our gingerbread house. This year we did our house how we would like it to be in a few years . I did adjust the house a little to make it easier to build the roof. ;)

this is us on our deck. To the left is our Dogwood tree, and to the right is our orange tree.

December Celebrations!

So here are some pics of Nova. This is one of her favorite places to lay and run through.. She is SOO much braver than her big sister.

She has also picked up on crawling under the chair to hide, and ends up there while sleeping too.

our wall of christmas cards... it is getting bigger.

Daniel was recognized for his work at USAA and was given tickets to the hockey game. The Rampage's are a minor league, but it was very fun! we were 4 rows behind the boxes, so it was great seats.

We were on the big screen once! :)
They gave out teddy bears to people as they came in, and when the Ramgae's scored their first goal, everyone threw the bears on the ice, they collected them and they were donated to the children's hospital. It was so cool.
During the game, they do a lot of fun things.. they tosses these chick-filet cows with parachutes. Daniel caught us one. :)

It was a great night! We are having fun here in San Antonio and enjoying the Christmas season. Merry Christmas to all!

NEWS! (no not prego)

So we Got another dog! Her name is Supernova, but goes by Nova. She is a German Shepherd mix, and is about 8 weeks old. We got her to be a sister to Propane. Since I will be gone much more because of school, Propane would be alone a lot. She doesn't do well with being alone all day, so we got her a sister to keep her company and play with. Yea, it will be a while until she is big enough to really play. Propane has found a way to play more gently with Nova. They follow each other around, and Propane always has to have an eye on her. lol

Nova loves being outside even more than Propane. I didn't think any dog could be more in love with outside than her. So i take a blanket out and sit and play. It's fun and crazy.

Puppies first bath.

She's like propane, sleeps in the most interesting positions.

Here is our Christmas decorations. It is an Advent calendar, for Daniel. There is either something to do or compliments on the backs of the cards.

Not a very good pic, but this is us at the USAA Holiday Party. We got all dressed up. There were really formal outfits all the way to jeans. There was a catered dinner and desserts. Salad, veggies, turkey, tamales, rolls, and our favorite ribs! They were amazing. (yes off the bone). The desserts were ok..... kinda a let down. but they had TONS of things, from rice crispy treats to key-lime pie, to cake balls.. and on. There was an illustionist, not super good though we thought, Zuma Zuma, Huey Luis and the news, a "casino" and slot machines, (the theme was Vegas), Dueling Pianos, and tour buses to shuttle us from the USAA campus to the Alamo Dome. Tons of things to do, lots of bands, an Elvis, some "street performers" and singers.... it was quite the event. It was fun though.
