If all goes well we will be home owners by the beginning of May! So there is some happy news! It was a great birthday present to me! :) We are supper excited and are so blessed that we did get the home!

Scratch that!
I lied! lol well not at the time. Latter in the evening our Realtor called back and said she received a call about the HUD home. Evidently the first bid they accepted fell through, and we are the back up!! So we filled out the paper work and are sending it in for the contract. Since it is a FHA loan we can't close earlier than 45 days, but that's not too bad. So we are in the process of buying our home!

ReplyDeleteoh my gosh!! wow! i wish we could buy a house...with a yard...and a real address. dan congrats on having a real job. i'm so happy for you guys! we'll have to come visit when the baby is running around...so that there will actually be room to run :)
