Filler In

So really quickly, While I have two seconds to spare. Things are going well with the house. We had the Home Inspection today. The house is very "clean" and structurally sound. Which is good since it is only 10 years old. (but we found out people who get foreclosed on usually let the house fall in pretty bad shape and don't water the lawn, which here is a VERY big deal because it causes the foundation to shift and causes cracking in the foundation and in the house.. which is a big problem we've ran into house searching.... )

So the house is in very good shape, of course there are cosmetics here and there... doors, windows, lights, etc.. the only one bigger thing is the AC is broken. :) So we are working in figuring everything out with that. Since it is a HUD home and such. Though really it's probably at most a 2500 fix, but most likely less than that. The Heater works and all of the inside features, so it has something to do with the outside unit. But we are seeing what the next step is with that.

So that's where we are.. AC and just getting all the paper work filled out for this and that and whatever the Realtor and lender send us. lol Today I printed a whole tree and signed 5 things already. But it is coming along nicely.

p.s. I am giving a talk in church on sunday!!! ahhh I'm kinda nervous, I haven't' given a talk for 4+ years now!
