Wednesdays port was Belize. We took a boat out to a nice little island a little way from mainland to snorkel on the reef. I am in the process of getting our underwater cameras developed, which should be awesome. So pictures to come.
After snorkeling we stopped at teh little island for a little food. We got the whole red snapper.

The after math!!! It was so amazingly yummy!
After snorkeling, we caught a boat from the ship to mainland. Some places we tendered. The ship would anchor a little way off, and we would take boats to land.

That night they did a midnight buffet. They had awesome food art.
I had one of the coconut halves. It was yummy and fresh.
Desserts. The pastry chef was the most amazing chef on the ship!
